Welcome to the Hyperdesk Support Center - Please Read First

Before you proceed, in order to receive tech support, you must supply your order number and last name with any support ticket. If you do not, you will not receive any support. No exceptions.

We're a small company that does big things. Because we're a small company, it sometimes takes a longer to respond to support issues. Besides being a business owner, I am obviously also a consumer. While living and working in the technology industry, I have become well aware of how important tech support is to a company's reputation. So we ask that you be patient with us and know that we do care about your issues. You don't spend as much time creating a desktop theme as we do and not care.

 

We suggest that before you submit a support ticket, that you take a few minutes and head over to our Support Forum. You won't have to log in to read about solutions, frequently asked questions or other topics. In the forums you will find the desktop theme elements broken up into categories with pertinent information pinned to the top of each forum. You may find your issue is not an issue at all or you may find that you needed to quickly see how something is done and then it will make perfect sense to you. We understand... It's new to you. Once you learn how things work, you'll think to yourself... "this is so simple". Because it is.

 

By setting up this Ticket Support Center and the Support Forums, we're trying to keep the cost of the desktop themes down. If we brought in a call center, we'd have to charge more for our desktop themes. We absolutely do not want to do that. So please, be patient with us, check the other Support Forums and most of all... enjoy Hyperdesk.
